    Boardroom Digital Intelligence · United Arab Emirates · Last updated: July 2026

    Boardroom Digital Intelligence respects the privacy of clients, prospects, partners and website visitors. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. It applies to our website, enquiry and order forms, consultations, and the AI and automation services we operate for clients.

    1. Information we collect

    • Contact and company data — name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and role.
    • Order and billing details — the service ordered, order reference, billing address, city, country, and where provided a VAT or TRN number. Card details are never collected or stored on this website.
    • Project and communication data — briefs, requirements, notes, meeting records and correspondence exchanged during an engagement.
    • Website usage data — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, and interaction events.

    2. Why we process this information

    • to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and provide consultations;
    • to process and confirm orders, issue invoices and arrange payment;
    • to deliver, configure, operate and support the services purchased;
    • to communicate about projects, schedules and support requests;
    • to improve our website, service quality and internal processes;
    • to keep records required for accounting, tax, legal and dispute-management purposes.

    3. Cookies and analytics

    Our website uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags, together with analytics tools that record aggregated usage such as page views and interaction events. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; core pages of the site remain usable if you do.

    4. AI and automation

    We use AI tools and automation systems to support lead handling, qualification, reporting and content operations, both internally and within client systems. Outputs may be reviewed by our team. We do not sell personal data and we do not use client data to build products for other clients.

    5. Service providers we rely on

    We share limited information with providers where it is necessary to run our website and deliver our services. These currently include:

    • hosting, database and backend infrastructure providers (including Supabase);
    • messaging and communication platforms (including WhatsApp / Meta and Telegram);
    • Google services used for tag management, analytics and meeting scheduling;
    • CRM, automation and cloud tools used within a specific engagement;
    • a payment provider, once online payment is activated, for processing transactions.

    Providers act on our instructions or under their own terms for the specific service they supply.

    6. International processing

    Some of the providers listed above operate infrastructure outside the United Arab Emirates. Your information may therefore be processed or stored in other jurisdictions. We select established providers and rely on their contractual terms and security measures when information is handled outside the country.

    7. Retention

    We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for: enquiry records for as long as the opportunity is active and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards; order, billing and project records for the period required by accounting and legal obligations; and website analytics data according to the retention settings of the relevant tool.

    8. Security

    We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access control, restricted internal access, encrypted connections to our website and the use of reputable cloud providers. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim certification under any specific security or privacy standard.

    9. Your rights

    You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion where we are not required to retain the information for legal, accounting or contractual reasons. You may also ask us to stop sending commercial messages. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

    10. Children

    Our services are provided to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

    11. Updates to this policy

    We may update this policy as our services, tools or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
