    Boardroom Digital Intelligence provides AI consulting, automation systems, CRM workflow support, media automation, reporting, content operations, and related digital transformation services.

    2. Use of Services

    Users and clients agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes. Services must not be used for spam, unlawful content, unauthorized access, misleading activity, or violation of third-party platform rules.

    3. AI Media Factory

    Boardroom AI Media Factory is an internal media automation system used to generate, process, review, and publish approved business content to authorized owned channels. Content is subject to review and approval before publication.

    4. Third-Party Platforms

    Our services may integrate with third-party platforms, including social media networks, CRM systems, messaging platforms, cloud services, analytics tools, and automation tools. Boardroom Digital Intelligence is not responsible for outages, policy changes, API restrictions, account limitations, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining ownership and control of their platform accounts, approving content and access permissions, and complying with applicable laws and platform terms.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Boardroom Digital Intelligence retains ownership of its frameworks, workflows, prompts, templates, system architecture, automation logic, know-how, and reusable components unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Boardroom Digital Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or speculative damages, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.
